She sent all her students from last year a personal email/letter to tell how excited she is for them to enter Jr High and said positive words of encouragement and mentioned their strengths. It was just before the end of summer when most teachers are just moving forward to new students. It was very thoughtful and meant a lot to the students that were very nervous for the next step in their education.
